Mualani; First Teased Character!
HoYoVerse posted their new Natlan trailer, which goes by the name of Ignition. The first character to appear in the trailer is none other than Mualani! She was boasting her blue clothing and hair and as seen in the trailer, was fishing and riding a shark-shaped homing projectile! Judging by her appearance, she is expected to be a 5-Star Hydro Catalyst Character, and if you feel like you are short on Characters or Banners, then Genshin top up is the way to go for you. Kachina is called forth.
Another character who was teased for the Version 5.0 Update is Kachina, who Mualani called on to throw the ball, promoting an in-game tournament that represents the brand new update! We previously saw her running away from a new type of enemy from Natlan, but now we get to see her in a relaxed mode!
A surprising duo makes an appearance!
Following the ball throw, Genshin’s beloved character, Kinich makes a reappearance who is rumored to be a 5-Star Dendro Claymore character, and as he is gliding through the air, he is joined by K’uhul Ajaw, a dragon-like pixel-art partner of Kinich. It’s an unlikely duo, but a welcome one, nonetheless.
A brand-new Genshin character with a temper.
It seems that we are following the ball here and as it lands on the feet of Citali, a pink-haired girl who gets angry at being disturbed and throws the ball away. That’s … pretty odd for a new character, though.
The ball passes on to different Genshin Impact characters.
Once thrown into the sky, it lands on Xilonen, a Natlan Geo character who inspects the ball and then throws it away, landing it on Iansan’s head, who was the first Natlan character to be revealed ever. The ball then rolls out into Chasca, the final character revealed who possesses a Cryo Vision.
After all that is done, we see Mauvika, an adult woman, rumored to be the Pyro Archon, challenging the Fatui harbinger known as Capitano and his partner known as Ororon, playing an antagonistic yet important role in this update’s story!
